Description
Al Mannan Builders is seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing the beauty and essence of our properties through stunning photography and compelling videography. The candidate must have a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a solid understanding of real estate photography and videography techniques.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality, professional-grade photographs and videos of our residential and commercial properties, showcasing their unique features and attributes.
- Conduct on-site shoots at various locations, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and framing to highlight the property’s best angles and perspectives.
- Operate drones to capture aerial footage and images, providing a bird’s eye view of our developments and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute creative content that aligns with our brand image and marketing objectives.
- Edit and retouch photographs and videos to enhance their visual appeal, ensuring consistency in style and quality across all media platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in real estate photography, videography, and drone operation.
- Maintain and organize a library of digital assets, including photos, videos, and drone footage, for future use and reference.
- Assist with other photography and videography-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in operating DSLR cameras, video cameras, and drones, with a solid understanding of camera settings, lenses, and equipment.
- Excellent knowledge of photography and videography techniques, including composition, lighting, and post-production editing.
- Experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or outside regular business hours as needed for property shoots and events.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different locations within Multan and surrounding areas.
