As a Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by connecting with potential clients, showcasing our premium properties, and closing lucrative deals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through various channels such as networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct property viewings and tours for potential buyers, providing detailed information about available properties and offerings.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or inquiries from clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
